Engagement: Followers love when you engage with them. A simple reply to their comment will give them a reason to continue to follow you, and, better yet, it motivates them to eventually purchase from you.
Website Traffic: As we already said above, the goal of social media is to stimulate sales. If you capture the attention of your followers they will follow you right back to your website. Remember that Instagram users are worldwide, so it really behooves you to have ecommerce on your site, even if you are using a simple PayPal Buynow button.
